For Mamma there is nothing better than South American food! Pair it with a fantastic coffee, and you’ve got the perfect meal! Arepa Days is an excellent spot for delicious food, good coffee and happy vibes. The menu is simple but excellent, and you can pair your arepas with jugs of Colombian hot chocolate, coffee, smoothies or juice. Mamma and the crew gave the Lulo juice try and although very different to what we usually order, it was delicious. Totally worth trying!
The menu includes a Chicken Arepa pocket which is Mamma’s favourite. Chargrilled chicken, guacamole, coriander, lime and freshly made Arepa pockets. This is delicious! Plus there is lots more to choose from. There is no specific kids menu, but some very kid-friendly options that the little ones will love - like the smaller-sized arepa with Vegemite, avocado and salsa or the corn with cheese.
The restaurant isn’t overly spacious, but there’s a row of seating outside and a great little family-friendly spot at the back with low seats, tables, books, and toys. This is such a cheery little restaurant with lots to look at!

no highchairs (there is some low seating at the far back end, suitable for families) - pram accessible but relatively small inside - outdoor seating - street parking - located in a quiet street if you need to do some pram laps!
