Only around an hour out of town, this kid friendly winery is the perfect spot for a lovely meal or to spend a weekend afternoon with the family.
This place is HUGE with plenty of room for the kids to be free to be kids. There’s a restaurant with a great children’s menu. The kids will find all their usual suspects on the menu and some fun pictures to colour in. For the adults, think smashed avo, bacon & eggs and waffles for breakfast and risotto, roasted lamb and porterhouse steak for lunch - with suggested wines to match of course. If you’re here for breakfast Mamma suggests the breakfast tower and enjoy a great mix of sweet and savoury goodies!!
You can taste wines in the front bar and choose a cheese or charcuterie board to go along with your wine selection. You can sit outdoors either in the courtyard where there’s a slide, cubby and tunnel to keep the the littler ones occupied or in the hugely spacious and picturesque front yard. Here the kids can run around, have a photo op on the swing or check out the chook shed or sheep paddock.
There’s a gorgeous farm store onsite where you can purchase unique gifts and some Fowles wine to take home with you.
