Gaffney’s bakery is the perfect spot to stop and have a feed in Heathcote.

It has a huge range of bakery classics, such as pies, pastries, fresh sandwiches, cakes, slices, biscuits and more! Make sure you check out what’s available in each food counter (there’s a lot!) before lining up to order. The kids scoffed down their slow roasted beef pie and spinach and ricotta roll, before tucking into the sweet stuff. Not one crumb was leftover!

In other areas of the bakery you can find a heap of takeaway goodies like bread, rolls, jams, sauces, gifts, celebration cakes and even frozen pies. The “kiddies corner” is great here, with old school milk bar vibes you can pick and mix your own lolly bag.

There’s plenty of seating, with high chairs for bubs, and Mamma doesn’t mind at all dining in here because the kids are kept entertained in the fully fenced indoor playspace! There’s heaps to enjoy with a toy kitchen and accessories, picture books, bean bags and kids shows playing on the TV.
