This cordial factory is super impressive. Established in 1865, the brewery is one of Australia’s oldest and has recently been lovingly restored and revitalised into this thriving tourist destination - and top notch beverage producers. Recently renamed from Billson’s, Last Street Brewery is a MUST VISIT spot on any Beechworth trip.

What makes this place a real special is the tasting process. Any flavour you like, you can sample it right from the main bar. Anything from Watermelon to Traditional Cola or Portello, Fruit Tingle or Grape Bubblegum, you can get a shot sized sample to taste. Watch the kids eyes light up when they hear that news!
