Mamma found herself in a little pickle and opted for a Thursday night dinner with these guys. Emma’s Beef Bourguignon made with tender braised beef pieces in a rich red wine, pearl onion, button mushroom, dried porcini and pancetta stew, was delicious. Paired with the seasonal green vegetables and the potato grattin was a total hit with the family. Everything tasted exactly how Mamma would cook it!
