Say hello to Poke the Bear in Northcote. This cafe hasn't been opened for long but it's something pretty special. The menu has variety and most meals have a gluten free option. Mamma got the Nacho's with the bean salsa and it was delicious. Menu options are reasonably priced too. Hot drinks come with a little strip of paper printed with quirky words of wisdom and quotes. Mamma's? 'It costs a lot of money to look this cheap' Dolly Parton.
The cafe gets children. With highchairs, kids (cub) menu with everything little ones enjoy, pencils and colouring books to keep them entertained. Every babychino also comes with a tiny too making your little ones experience extra special.
