You feel at home when dining at Poppy Cafe and Pantry! This Pascoe Vale Cafe is a favourite among the locals and for a good reason. With friendly staff, fantastic food and a relaxed vibe, it is a great cafe to bring the kids to. There’s a selection of toys, colouring supplies, picture books, and even chalk to draw on the concrete out front, so they can be kept busy before their feed. And babycinos are free when Mamma orders her hot drink of choice!

The menu has a range of yummy breaky and lunch meals using local growers and makers where possible, with regular changing specials, so there’s always something new to try! The kids demolished the mini smash and waffle with ice cream from the “li’l hoomans” menu, while Mamma loved her egg’s benny with crispy bacon!

There is both indoor and outdoor seating available. The staff are accommodating and will adjust the seating to meet your needs, such as pushing tables together or creating space for a pram. The space out front is great for pram parking, too if need be, viewable from inside through the large front windows.

The Pantry side of Poppy’s means you can pick some of your pantry essentials here too! Such as fresh bread, nuts, muesli, sauces, teas and coffee! They also have a range of ‘take and bake’ or ‘heat and eat’ foods which are super handy when needing an easy dinner or lunch option for the week. Poppy’s is also very community minded and showcases local artists and makers within the space, so there’s even art, gifts and gift baskets, and hampers to purchase.
