Ohh Mamma loves a little country town cafe, especially when it's everything cute and full of little hidden pockets. The Alexandra Pub and Cafe in Alexandra had Mamma and her crew back for more.

With an indoor cafe space, dining space and outdoor area, you have options to suit any dining experience. Mamma found the outdoor space a great option for families, giving the little ones space to stretch their legs without annoying others dining at the same time.

Mamma opted for the waffles. They were delicious and topped with seasonal fresh fruit. The cakes also looked amazing and are all baked on the premises by the chef. In the evening the cafe turns into a restaurant/bar and is perfect for an early dinner or an adults only night out.

Mamma's special mention: If you are down for the weekend, check out Fawcett Farmstay Cottage. The cottages are super cosy and loads of fun for the kids.
