Mamma can’t really express just how much she loves an aquatic centre with indoor AND outdoor options! We head to Thomastown Recreation & Aquatic Centre (TRAC) when it’s raining or when it’s too hot to be outside and everything in between.
There’s a huge outdoor section with some play equipment, a great Splash Park with shooting cannons, water falls and a giant tipping bucket and large grassy expanses for sitting with shade cloth coverings throughout.
Indoor there’s an awesome Leisure Pool full of cool water features: a mist ring, water tunes piano, shooting cannons and a green frog slide. There’s also a VERY Warm Water Pool (heated to 34 degrees).
There’s also a spa, sauna and steam room and a 25 metre lap pool.
