Mamma is a curious cat and so we had to go and check out the newest addition to Highpoint Shopping Centre…..but what exactly is The Funderdome?

Let’s break it down…

There is a massive space for old school arcade games, like Pinball, Pacman, Car Racing, Galaga and those kinds of games.
Then there is another equally large area for newer games like, VR games, Jurassic Park shoot ‘em up and a VR type cinema experience.
Then there is a very large clubhouse with pool, fusball, jenga, connect four, food and a bar!
Add in an 18 hole mini golf and you have THE FUNDERDOME!

On entry, you load up a Funderdome card with funds and off you go. Most games are between $2 and $3 and if you win ‘tickets’ they are automatically loaded on to the card for collection of prizes at the end of your time here. Oh Mamma loves that there are tables and chairs scattered throughout each of the spaces too so you can relax while the kids have some fun or of course you can join in the fun too!

Mamma’s special mentions: There is also a karaoke boom box and pretty soon they will be hosting birthday parties too!
