Loads of movement. Loads of singing. Loads of FUN! Beat Dance in Reservoir currently offers dance classes for kids two and up. The facilitator Vanessa, is brilliant! A mum and a dance educator, her and her team bring a mix of engaging activities that help teach dance from the very beginning! From teaching the musical lingo, exploring rhythm and dance through familiar songs and music, your little ones will learn and enjoy each session. The team recommend little ones take classes on their own with parents overlooking on the side. This encourages children to follow instructions without the help of their parents, building confident little individuals. Like most dance classes lessons range from little ones to the BIG kids too. Focusing on dance movements such as ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary and break dancing. They even offer hip hop cardio for those searching for an alternative work out session.
Mamma special mention: You must book in for the sessions and places are limited. Gellibrand Cafe is only up the road, if you fancy an after dance snack.
