We’ve all heard of the exercise classes where the little ones are entertained on the side-lines while you work out, but what about getting fit while also having a dance party with your kids?!
Glow Dance is a bright, fresh studio in Fitzroy North where you’ll find a suite of fun, dance based fitness classes suitable for beginners through to well-versed movers and shakers! During school holidays, the whole fam can let off some steam while having a fun, bonding dance session together. A passionate, non judgemental instructor will help to guide you through 45 minutes of active, upbeat routines, make believe scenarios, free style dance and general fun silliness! This is such a good opportunity to connect with the kids in a low pressure environment, away from screens and distractions - you will love it!
