Perfectly located across from the Fitzroy Town Hall and amongst some of Fitroy’s favourite places to eat, Condell Reserve is the perfect spot to let the little ones play while you sip your coffee and enjoy the sunshine.

The park is partially fenced but all in the right places, making it safe for little ones. There are swings, a slide, climbing ropes and bars, a Condell Street Grocer to play shops and lots of green grass to kick the ball around.
