A NEW playground has just opened up in South Morang, and calling it EPIC is an understatement!

Surrounded by nature and set around a duck-filled lake, this park and playground has something for everyone, from nature and water play, to an entire space dedicated to rope climbing of all different levels!

The best part are the 3 huge slides, suited from the smaller to kiddos to the bigger confident ones (although Mamma chickened out). There are also multiple swing sets and other fun play equipment scattered throughout.

Oh and did we mention the huge sandpit!? It’s partly shaded for those sunny days, but a heads up that most of the play equipment is under the sun, so hats and sunscreen are a must!

HOLD UP! There’s another best part - a huge flying fox! There are two seats, one for the big kids or adults, and another for the smaller kiddos if they’re game. See it in action on our reel over on our Instagram page!

Just want to relax and enjoy the stunning surrounds? You can simply stroll the boardwalks by the lake and soak up the outside air.

There are also multiple undercover seated areas featuring BBQ’s, water taps and rubbish bins, perfect for a family picnic day. They have toilets and plenty of parking spaces all around the reserve. (enter from the bottom for pram or wheelchair access).
