Melbourne Arancini are Australian Food Award winners and Mamma can see why! It’s hard to describe just how delicious these Arancini are... the outside is impossibly crunchy, the inside is warm, soft and perfect! You really just have to try them for yourself!
This is a family run business and you can see the love and passion that goes into creating this perfect food. The recipes - previously reserved for special occasions and family celebrations - have been passed down through generations and now we are lucky enough to enjoy them! There are traditional cheese/meat type flavours like Bolognese and then different creations like 4 cheese broccolini and chicken, leek and mushroom.
The best part is that aside from wholesale, retail (check here for your nearest stockist) and special events, you can now get these amazing balls hot and ready to go at lunch time on Fridays and Saturdays! There is also the option of ‘oven ready’ packs to take home for later (but Mamma just can’t wait that long!)
