Just when Mamma thought that we had our fave North scroll spots sorted, a newcomer arrives and knocks them all out of the park!

Roll Bae is the newest scroll cafe on the Brunswick scene, serving up their take on the classic cinnamon staple, alongside a range of other sweet delights.

Mamma’s favourite has to be the cinnamon of course, but the Bueno comes in close second, both topped with a thick layer of creamy icing, which complements the soft but not-too-moist scroll perfectly.

For a savoury treat you absolutely cannot go past the hot honey pepperoni scroll, topped with creamy stracciatella. Say no more!

Roll Bae also have a fun range of iced matcha creations including their signature banana pudding matcha, as well as matcha clouds, and your standard caffeine cups if you’re just after a simple sip.

If you visit on a Friday or Saturday you’ll find some vegan scrolls too!

A range of freshly made toasties are also on the menu if you wanted to kick off your day with brekkie before diving in to the sugary goods.
