When Mamma says she is blown away - we mean 100 per cent impressed and on the floor kind of blown away - she means it. Twisted Science is incredible. It is a fully hands on science experience that your kids will fall in love with. There are dozens of little learning stations that cover very big concepts, like gravity, light, colour and flight, presented in really cool ways. There are no instructions so the learning is all through experimenting.

On our visit here, our kids LOVED the life sized kalidascope and the mirror walls, the paper airplane testing zone, as well as the slow-motion cameras. We also spied some real life exhibits, with the buzzing of a bee hive, and a friendly lizard friend.

The centre is open every day during school holidays, and Wednesday to Sunday during school terms. It is such a highlight when visiting the Echuca region, be sure to book in a session during your visit.

Mamma's special mention: You can’t visit Echuca without seeing a paddleboat and the best place to spot them, is at The Discovery Centre, which just so happens to be right across the road.
